The Greene County Family Medicine Clinic has been offering a respiratory clinic outside in the clinic parking lot in what has been dubbed “the red shed.” Now, with cooler weather approaching, that clinic is moving indoors.
The respiratory clinic provides a care option for patients who are sick with suspected Covid-19 or other acute respiratory illnesses such as laryngitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, influenza or strep throat.
Patients with respiratory illnesses will enter and exit the Family Medicine Clinic through the clinic’s south door.
The Greene County Family Medicine Clinic is taking appointments for the respiratory clinic Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Persons who want to make an appointment can call 515-386-0500. Patients are asked to call the clinic again from the parking lot once they arrive to receive further instructions.
Masks are required for all patients entering the building.
